Ella Bittel, a graduate Veterinarian from Germany, conducted the course in empowering and completely different terms from those given in U.S. Veterinary Schools. I didn’t know what to expect but was absolutely impressed and empowered to look at the subject from a completely new perspective. I would recommend it to any Veterinarian who is called on to euthanize pets from one to fifty times a week.
